PAINT & CORROSION WARRANTY
Your vehicle’s paintwork is covered against blistering, discolouration and staining or both of the visible surface of all painted body panels occurring as a result of faulty factory manufacturing and/or materials for the complete period of the manufacturer’s new vehicle warranty (36 months). Though modern paints are durable and resistant to many external hazards, they cannot reasonably be expected to be totally resistant to all external factors. Please read the relevant section of the Jaguar owner’s handbook on paintwork for further details.
PAINT SURFACE WARRANTY
With this Warranty, if any paintwork needs attention, the work will be completed by a Jaguar Authorised Repairer, free of charge. This cover lasts three years from the day you take delivery of your new Jaguar, regardless of mileage. Any damage found due to external influences or poor maintenance must be promptly and professionally rectified at the owner’s expense.
CORROSION PROTECTION WARRANTY
If any part of your Jaguar’s bodywork is corroded with rust, the affected panels are repaired or replaced by a Jaguar Authorised Repairer, free of charge. Regardless of mileage or any change of ownership, this cover lasts six years from the day you take delivery of your new Jaguar. If your car is in an accident and needs repairs to the bodywork, they should be carried out by a Jaguar Approved Repairer in order for the repaired sections to still be covered by the Corrosion Protection Warranty.
