Membership of the Jaguar assistance programme is complimentary with your Jaguar vehicle for 5 years from the same start date of manufacturer’s warranty. You will have access to one of the most comprehensive customer and vehicle roadside assistance networks in New Zealand, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Our assistance service is managed by experienced staff and it’s open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

You will need to provide the following information;
a. Your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
b. Your name and address
c. The location of the vehicle
d. The colour and registration of the vehicle
e. The nature of the trouble

Jaguar assistance will contact the nearest approved contractor who will be dispatched to provide the appropriate assistance.
